I'm Caroline, and I'm a content designer, UX writer and copywriter in the West Midlands. I've worked with some of the UK’s biggest brands, producing everything from hearty editorial pieces to succulent little morsels of microcopy.
Since graduating from the University of Sheffield in 2013, I've got stuck into exciting projects in retail, financial technology, travel and the public sector. These have included:
